Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Lesson may be rescheduled at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Lesson is forfeited.
Lesson time is reserved exclusively for each student.
Instructor Cancellations
If Mike must cancel due to illness, emergency, or performance obligations, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited.
Refunds
- Single lessons are non-refundable once scheduled.
- Lesson packages are non-refundable once the first lesson is used.
- Approved refunds (if no lessons have been used) may be subject to a small processing fee.
- Partial refunds are prorated at the standard single-lesson rate.
Package Expiration
- 4-Lesson Pack: Expires in 8 weeks
- 12-Lesson Pack: Expires in 16 weeks
Extensions may be granted at instructor discretion.
